# get kubeops pgp public key

# add kubeops public key to keyring

cat pgp-key.public | sudo gpg --dearmor -o /usr/share/keyrings/kubeops.gpg

# add kubeops stable repo to source list

# optional: add kubeops unstable repo (pre-releases: alpha, beta, rc)

# update repos

sudo apt update

Install pre-releases from unstable

# unstable is passive (apt priority 100): "apt install" and "apt upgrade" always prefer stable

apt list -a kosi

sudo apt install kosi=<version>

sudo apt install -t unstable kosi

Add repo on redhat-based distributions

# add kubeops stable repo with config-manager

# optional: add kubeops unstable repo (disabled by default)

Install pre-releases from unstable

sudo dnf install --enablerepo='*-unstable' kosi-<version>
